Who are we?

This site is published by Monolith Board Games. It is a community platform allowing players to create and share scenarios for the Conan board game by Monolith.

Data collected

When creating an account, we collect only the following data:

Your email address — used exclusively for identification.
A username chosen by you — displayed publicly on your scenarios.

Purpose of processing

This data is collected solely to allow you to log in to your account and publish scenarios under your name. It is not used for any other purpose (no marketing, no profiling, no resale).

Cookies

This site uses only a PHP session cookie, strictly necessary for login functionality. This cookie is temporary and deleted when you close your browser. No third-party, advertising or tracking cookies are placed.

Retention period

Your data is kept as long as your account is active. Upon a deletion request, all your personal data (email, username) and your scenarios are deleted within 30 days.

Your rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

Right of access — obtain a copy of the data concerning you.
Right of rectification — correct inaccurate data.
Right to erasure — request the deletion of your account and all your data.

Security

Passwords are stored in hashed form. Transmissions are encrypted via HTTPS. Access to data is restricted to authorised persons only.

Data sharing

No personal data is shared with third parties. The server is hosted in Europe.
